If you are using STARWIRE on behalf of an organization (for example, as part of an Enterprise account), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

STARWIRE is an entertainment intelligence platform covering the Indian film, music, and celebrity ecosystem. The platform includes, without limitation:
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Enterprise and paid subscribers of material changes affecting their use of the platform.
STARWIRE is not directed at children under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@starwire.world if you suspect unauthorized access.
STARWIRE supports multiple account types (consumer, creator, Enterprise admin). Each role carries specific permissions and, where applicable, is subject to a separate order form, subscription agreement, or Enterprise contract that supplements these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on severity.
If you submit content through the Creator platform (images, videos, articles, event reports), you represent that:
All submissions pass through our AI Verification Engine and, where applicable, human review before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. Repeated submission of false or manipulated content will result in account suspension.
STARWIRE is not responsible for the accuracy of user- or creator-submitted content, and does not independently verify every claim made in submitted reports beyond our automated and human review processes.
STARWIRE Plus and STARWIRE Pro are paid subscription tiers billed on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection law.
Enterprise accounts are governed by a separate order form or master services agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict regarding commercial terms, service levels, or data usage rights.
STARWIRE Exchange facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers of entertainment rights and related assets. STARWIRE acts as a marketplace facilitator, not as a party to the underlying transaction, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific listing or agreement. Users of the Exchange are responsible for conducting their own due diligence. STARWIRE does not guarantee the accuracy of listing information, the creditworthiness of counterparties, or the successful completion of any transaction.
Transaction fees, escrow arrangements, and dispute resolution processes specific to Exchange transactions are set out in the Exchange-specific terms provided at the time of listing or transaction, which supplement these Terms.
STARGRAPH™, StarScore™, BuzzMeter™, Music StarScore™, Music BuzzMeter™, StarID™, TAARA, and the STARWIRE name and logo are trademarks of Ananta Krriyaa Creative Hub Pvt Ltd (registration pending for certain marks). You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
The STARGRAPH™ knowledge graph, scoring algorithms, and underlying data architecture are proprietary to STARWIRE. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from STARWIRE's proprietary intelligence data, except as explicitly permitted through a Data Cloud API subscription and its accompanying license terms.
Public figure data displayed on STARWIRE (celebrity profiles, filmography, public appearances) is sourced from public record and licensed data feeds. STARWIRE does not claim ownership over publicly available facts about public figures, but does claim ownership over the compiled dataset, scoring methodology, and presentation.
STARWIRE aggregates data from third-party sources including news APIs, streaming platforms (JioSaavn, Apple Music, YouTube), social platforms, and licensed data partners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data, and are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third-party data providers that may affect STARWIRE's features.
STARWIRE integrates with third-party payment processors (Razorpay), cloud infrastructure providers, and AI model providers (Anthropic). Your use of features powered by these providers is also subject to their respective terms where applicable.
STARWIRE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that intelligence scores (StarScore, BuzzMeter, and related metrics) will be accurate predictors of any real-world outcome, including but not limited to box office performance, brand deal value, or career trajectory.
STARWIRE's scoring engines, forecasts, and AI-generated content (including responses from TAARA) are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any business, investment, casting, or brand partnership decision. Users should exercise independent judgment and, where appropriate, seek professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ananta Krriyaa Creative Hub Pvt Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use STARWIRE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of STARWIRE shall not exceed the amount you paid to STARWIRE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater — except where a separate Enterprise or Exchange agreement specifies different liability terms, in which case that agreement controls.
You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account, which triggers the data deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use STARWIRE ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of STARWIRE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@starwire.world to seek an informal resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for registered users, provide notice through the app or via email. Continued use of STARWIRE after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
